One of the most incredible things that happened to me in 2019, was being awarded the Writers SA residency at Varuna the Writer’s House.
I went to Varuna (in the Blue Mountains) for a week and I have never been so productive in my entire life!
I worked on a new project and wrote 50,000 words. This project is called Road Tripping with Pearl Nash.
I am so excited about the (still very rough) manuscript, and so grateful for my time at Varuna. I never get time like that. Days of uninterrupted writing time.
I made the most of it.
